Yes, I am autistic + My stress ball collection

Before this month is set and done, I just want to state one of my worst kept secrets. Most people who either know me or met me IRL and several others already know it but for those who don’t, I am actually and really autistic and have been diagnosed with it at an early age. I’ve never stated this fact publicly for years due to me worrying that people would beat me up for revealing that I am autistic.

Outside of collecting video games and gaming accessories, I’ve also amassed a collection of stress balls and relivers among other fidget toys (shown below). I do get anxious and/or stressed out fairly often, I’m not afraid to bring a stress ball or two for out on the road.

Here’s my collection of stress balls and relievers arranged in a rainbow order plus some other fidget toys I own. A fair few of them have seen better days.

Yes, that is a Nintendo Switch fidget popper toy which I got from a Small Business Saturday a few years ago. I’ve “made” those Boo Ball and Ball Kirby stress balls back in my high school years.

Managed to catch a double rainbow right outside my window this afternoon.

A double rainbow showed up just two days after my 32nd birthday, I had to step outside to get a better shot of it and this is one of my better ones. The upper rainbow however is faint but still visible. My dad however got an even better view of the same double rainbow at his workplace over at Lowe’s. Here’s his shot:

Hey there, long time no post again. With the advent of evil rich dudes and mega corps destroying traditional social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter, I have decided to open up accounts on Mastodon and BlueSky.

I’m not too active on social media apart from talking to several old friends I’ve met IRL and online, but I made these just in case if anyone wants to contact me on a site that is currently not being run to the ground by evil conglomerates.

Hello, are any gnomes home?

I was taking a stroll at a park that was 5 minutes away from my house, and I came across what looks like a home for gnomes. I know it really isn’t, but it’s still a nice piece of art regardless.

Here’s the side view of the gnome home. There’s a few mini gnomes hanging around, a collection of painted rocks, a random Halloween ghost, and a lawn statuette of Winnie the Pooh too.

Posting my 3DS and Wii U memories

Over 4,000 hours in Pokémon X, and almost 2,500 hours in Alpha Sapphire and Moon each. Most of that time was spent Wonder Trading Shiny Pokémon to people back in the Gen VI and Gen VII Pokémon games. All those memories of me hanging around Wonder Trade streams on Twitch et al back around late 2014 to late 2019 (or whenever Pokémon Sword and Shield came out). Do people still do Wonderlockes in Gen VI and VII Pokémon games anymore? I can still whip up some last minute WT-able Shiny Events and Mythicals (among other goodies) to aid Wonderlockers.

My Wii U isn’t as underused as you think. Most of my time was spent funning around with the Internet Browser, watching anime and cartoon shows via my Wii U. Most of the sites I used to watch said anime and cartoons no longer work on the Wii U Internet Browser since Nintendo stopped updating it back in very late 2016 due to them running on more updated certificate types that aren’t compatible on the Wii U Browser.

My Meager Mario-verse Collection (IMAGE HEAVY WARNING!)

In honour of Super Mario Bros.’s 35th Anniversary, I’ve decided to take photos of a good lot of the Mario-verse-related stuff I currently own. This includes stuff like Mario-verse games (Super Mario, Donkey Kong, Yoshi, and Wario et al), Amiibo figures, and other random junk I have pertaining to Mario.

As always, I apologize for the quality on some of the images, they’re taken from my Android. Images are also large too (hence why I threw in a read more tag on this post), I apologize for the loading time on these.

Found a random rainbow on the way to my brother’s house.

Came across this rainbow someone in Massachusetts while me and my mom were off to deliver some presents for my older brother and his wife’s first anniversary. It’s quite faint, but you can see it above the trucks and something that could be a dumpster.

May there be gold and coins at the end of the rainbow? I hear people are fighting over the slightest penny with this national coin shortage going on.

Crapping about people donating endless Piles of Dung at the Second Hand Shoppe

Apologies for the toilet humour on the post title, but here’s a little snippet about me having a beef about Neopets players donating nothing but Piles of Dung at the Second Hand Shoppe and Old Rotten Footwear at the Money Tree on the CrushAndRun IRC channel.

Also, I usually use my previous internet handle on CrushAndRun IRC, Neomysterion.

Moral of the story: Discard your useless Neopets dailies junk that nobody wants into circulation instead of donating it. You could get a new avatar for your Neopets avatar collection if you discard your useless dailies junk en masse if you haven’t yet, hint hint.

Just became an uncle yesterday

This post is a follow up from this post I made last month.

As of yesterday afternoon EST/EDT, I have officially become an uncle. My older brother’s wife had her baby. A baby girl. 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and 21.25 inches long. Baby’s name is Lydia Joy by the way.

At this point forward, you can optionally call me Uncle D-Pad Doc, Uncle Carlo, Uncle Neomysterion, or Uncle Plushie et al if you so desire.

Just struck the Scorchy Slots Jackpot for the first time in my Neopian life

Earlier tonight, I was on the daily pursuit for Treasure Map pieces, and suddenly this happened.

For the first time ever in my Neopian life, I have struck the Jackpot in Scorchy Slots.

I should have a new bronze trophy for this game on my Neopets userlookup later tonight. Oh, and Merry belated Christmas in July to those who celebrate it.
